broker多主情况下，proxy千万不要再使用local模式，坑太多了: 1.消息无法均摊到各broker主节点：https://github.com/apache/rocketmq/discussions/8526 2. 如果client里填写多个proxy地址，其中任意一个proxy宕机，client都无法使用: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-clients/issues/818 3.
