@Jackie-Jiang Going forward, should the Pinot user not specify the pinot.server.instance.currentDataTableVersion in the configuration file if there's not requirement on exploring dataTable version? I think it's better defer the data table version upgrade through code. Let say, if introduce v5, then let the broker to handle both v4 and v5, the default data table version can be bumped in next pinot major release. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
