Review Comment:
   I left these as sido because almost all of the #defines are SDIO...   Many 
of these constants are used to address the wifi processors core, even when 
communicating via gSPI.  It seemed easier to just accept them rather than 
renamiming everything or making a complete duplicate for gSPI.   I'm open to 
either.
