Maybe also reasonable to remove `APP_` from `APP_FORMAT_MCUBOOT` and
rename to `STM32_FORMAT_MCUBOOT`. Or go with `CONFIG_STM32_BOOT_MCUBOOT`. That
will straightforward be licked with nuttx-app mcuboot option
`CONFIG_BOOT_MCUBOOT`
