Description:
For Hudi 0.16.0 (bridge release) and 1.0, we should remove Hudi support on old
Spark versions including Spark 2, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 at least. Dev work include:
(1) Removes build profiles and GitHub actions that are no longer relevant
(2) Cleans up unused code in Spark integration
(3) Upgrades the default dependency version to be consistent with Spark 3.3
(4) Updates README.md
