Description:
For Hudi 0.16.0 (bridge release) and 1.0, we should remove Hudi support on old
Spark versions including Spark 2, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2 at least. Dev work include:
(1) Remove build profiles and GitHub actions that are no longer relevant
(2) Clean up unused code in Spark integration
(3) Upgrade the default dependency version to be consistent with Spark 3.3
