Review Comment:
   Yeah, the interface is little bit confusing. The logic here is guide the 
callee to use `wirteHandle` provided by partitioner, and the parameter is more 
like a `default writeHandle`. 
   
   I will add an interface without the `writeHandleFactory` parameter 
accompanying with necessary comments.
