Thanks Rory. **Why this PR** With Iceberg REST embedded as aux, lakehouse catalogs and IRC previously each kept their own long-lived `IcebergCatalogWrapper` in the same JVM. That duplicated jdbc/hive backends and meant GCS minted tokens were not refreshed via IRC’s catalog-wrapper cache eviction (and pushed us toward workarounds like #14289). This PR makes aux + dynamic-config-provider lakehouse reuse the same `IcebergCatalogWrapperManager` cache as IRC, and keys that cache by `catalog_meta.current_version` so alter-catalog picks up a fresh wrapper. Non-aux / static IRC keeps the previous name-only cache behavior. **CI** The Spark IT failure came from enabling the versioned cache on static IRC, which queried the default metalake `gravitino` instead of the IT metalake. Fixed by only using the versioned cache for aux + `DynamicIcebergConfigProvider`.
