Thanks all for the reviews. All the inline threads are addressed in d7746f31d and resolved. Two points that aren't in the inline threads: @yuqi1129, about the ERROR stack trace on every poll while the API server is unreachable: that logging is in `JobManager`, so I added it to the follow-ups of #13554 rather than working around it in the executor. @roryqi: 1. **Client mode**: fixed in d7746f31d. `spark.submit.deployMode=client`, set by the template or by the executor's `spark.conf.*`, now fails the submission with an `IllegalArgumentException`. Unset or `cluster` is accepted. The docs in #13618 will say that only cluster mode is supported. 2. **Compatibility matrix**: agreed. The docs in #13618 will have a job-cluster matrix separate from the Gravitino deployment requirements: operator 0.9.0 with Kubernetes 1.34–1.36 and Spark 3.5/4.0/4.1, and fabric8 7.2.0 as the client. For the record, the manual runs in this PR were on Kubernetes 1.35.6 (OrbStack) with operator 0.9.0, which is inside that matrix. The latest run on this head covered a successful job, a failing job, a cancelled job and a cancel of a finished job.
