### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a view-load authorization executor and connect `loadView` to the existing table-like existence probe expression. Use the internal view dispatcher for existence checks, following the table-load mechanism. ### Why are the changes needed? During Flink qualified name resolution, a missing candidate table can fall back to a view lookup. That lookup currently returns 403 before checking existence, aborting SQL validation even when the actual source table is accessible. Fix: #13845 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Authorized probes of missing views return 404, allowing name resolution to continue. Existing views still return 403 when the caller lacks load permission. Callers without probe permission cannot check existence. ### How was this patch tested? Added tests for missing and existing views, denied probes, authorized loads, and endpoint/executor wiring. Passed: ```shell ./gradlew :server:test --tests '*TestLoadViewAuthorizationExecutor' --tests '*TestLoadTableAuthorizationExecutor' --tests '*TestViewOperations' spotlessCheck -PskipITs --no-parallel ``` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
