### Describe the subtask **Priority:** P0 **Dependencies:** TX-A and #13624; relevant contract fixes from #13623. Public transaction readiness additionally requires #13629 and TX-C. Implement the existing EntityStore transaction entry through the backend and shared JDBC context. Keep meta-service atomic groups: they own standalone transactions and join an existing outer transaction. Replace duplicated JDBC transaction-owner blocks with the shared mechanism. Inventory every production store operation and its service/mapper path: CRUD, cascade, relations, batch/statistic operations, and maintenance. Include single-statement and non-change-log branches. Verify direct service callers retain their existing behavior. Entity changes and their DROP/ALTER records must commit or roll back together. Acceptance: an operation/backend matrix covering independent calls and composed success/failure on H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL, including a later operation failing after an earlier write. Normalize documented missing/false outcomes without hiding failed writes. No public claim of full store transactions until #13629 and TX-C are complete.
