### Describe the subtask **Priority:** P0 **Dependencies:** #13624. Implement a JDBC transaction context behind the existing session utilities. Reuse one session in a transaction; inner scopes join it and cannot commit or close the outer transaction. Remember failed participating write scopes and prevent a caught failure from allowing a partial commit. Preserve the original failure when the outer transaction is rejected. Keep existing SessionUtils signatures where feasible. Audit expected missing-entity recovery and existing failure-catching paths before changing propagation. An active read session must not by itself mean a managed transaction exists. Acceptance: real H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL tests for successful nesting, caught/uncaught inner failure, zero-write missing recovery, commit failure cleanup, and thread reuse. Verify resource cleanup and original-cause retention; mock-only lifecycle checks are insufficient. Depends on #13624.
