### Describe the subtask Add typed TMS fields on Iceberg compaction policy content and wire them through REST: - Optional content fields: `schedule`, `minIntervalMs`, `jobOptions` - Validation (including rejection of credential-shaped option keys) - `PolicyContentDTO` / `DTOConverters` round-trip - Create/alter validation in `PolicyManager` - OpenAPI and `iceberg-compaction-policy` docs **Out of scope:** nearest-policy selection, effective `minIntervalMs` resolution, and cluster-static `gravitinoAuth` / `ircAuth` overlays (follow-up subtasks).
