done. Redesigned backend selection instead of just wiring compare-legacy:
@DatabaseTest/BackendLaneCondition replaces the 3 excludeTags() clauses — see
efee6a4c9. Makes the gap/redundancy bug class unrepresentable, not just
detectable. Build-time guard + unit tests + before/after equivalence in
appendix (520 tests, identical outcome).
