Review Comment:
   **Bug (High):** Neither the property `key` nor `value` is sanitized/escaped
before being interpolated into the SQL WITH clause.

   1. If `value` contains a single quote `'`, the generated SQL will be
syntactically broken or could lead to injection.
   2. `key` is also directly concatenated — a malicious key could inject
arbitrary SQL.

   Suggestion:
   - Escape `value` with `value.replace("'", "''")` (consistent with how you
already handle COMMENT strings).
   - Validate `key` against a whitelist or at least check it matches a valid
identifier pattern.

   **Nit:** `LOG.info` in `listTables` can be noisy in production since this is
a frequently called method. Consider downgrading to `LOG.debug`. The same
applies to line 297 (`generateCreateTableSql`) and line 498
(`generateAlterTableSql`).

   **Nit:** Constants `ALTER_COLUMN`, `IS`, `COLUMN_COMMENT`, and
`TABLE_COMMENT` are defined but never used — the code uses inline
`String.format` literals instead.

Review Comment:
   **Performance:** `getPhysicalPartitioning` creates a separate
`PreparedStatement` per partition attribute number to query `pg_attribute`.
With multiple partition columns this becomes an N+1 query problem.

   Suggestion: Merge into a single `WHERE attnum IN (?, ?, ...)` batch query,
or JOIN `pg_attribute` directly in the original partition SQL to avoid multiple
DB round-trips inside the loop.

Review Comment:
   **Bug (Medium):** `quoteIdentifier` does not escape embedded double quotes
within the identifier. If the identifier contains a `"` character, the
generated SQL will be truncated or syntactically broken.

   The PostgreSQL standard approach is to double internal double quotes:
   ```java
   return "\"" + identifier.replace("\"", "\"\"") + "\"";
   ```

   While table/column names rarely contain double quotes in practice, this is
worth adding as defensive coding.
