### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Introduced a new `listMetadataObjectsForTags` API which lists an array of
metadata objects with a list of tags as query param.
### Why are the changes needed?
To avoid iteratively calling `tag.associatedObjects().objects()` when
listing metadata objects for a group a tags.
Fix: #7454
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes, new REST API.
### How was this patch tested?
tests added.
