Fixed `PluginDrivenScanNodeScanProviderSelectionTest.mixedNativeRangesKeepParquetScannerContract` in 4bcd4d74751. Its constructor-skipping partial mock left `PlanNode.conjuncts` null; the fixture now initializes that field to the normal empty predicate list. The original mixed ORC/Parquet/JNI assertions remain in place. Rebased onto master, retaining both the task-scheduler SPI and per-range partition-proof SPI. The combined connector API version and pinned surface test now use 25.0. All three earlier review/compile fixes were preserved. Validation on the rebased source: 219 FE scan/split tests across 35 classes, all 151 connector SPI tests, and 288 Iceberg proof/planner/range/scheduled-manifest tests passed. Final FE Checkstyle, clang-format 16 and build hygiene checks passed. The original failing class was reproduced before the fix and passes afterward.
