Fixed the BE compilation failure in 36116f675d. The placeholder mapping called `IDataType::get_default`, which does not exist. It now obtains the default Field through `create_column_const_with_default_value`, preserving non-nullable defaults and nullable NULL values. Reproduced the original compiler error using the actual Format unity translation unit, then compiled that object successfully after the fix. All 6 affected BE source/test translation units pass compiler syntax checks. clang-format 16, clang-tidy, and build hygiene checks passed. Full BE UT execution remains pending CI.
