Fixed in 018f7940df23329466149623f4c6265a36f5a5fb. The existing fixture now
saves enable_local_tvf, enables it in @BeforeEach, and restores the original
value in @AfterEach. Its LOCAL destination, existing ROOT context and both
output-position assertions are unchanged. This is a test-only change of 15
added lines; the production admission gate is unchanged. Changed-file
Checkstyle and diff checks passed. Unit tests were not executed locally.
