CI failure triage for the rebased head:
- Fixed the owned Hive streaming UT fixture (missing SqlBlockRuleMgr) and
opted the two Iceberg EXPLAIN regressions that require exact partition metadata
into internal partition pruning.
- The Paimon CHAR complex MAP-key test repair is already upstream in #69247
and is included by the rebase.
- The bloom_filter_p0 failure log shows `Is Cached: No` and `Profile
Completion State: COLLECTING` when the test checks the Bloom-filter counter.
The legacy profile{} path reads the asynchronous profile once; its failure
branch also calls a nonexistent Suite.fail(String). This is an independent
native-scan regression-test issue, left outside this external-metadata PR
rather than changing unrelated production paths.
- The coverage job log was not accessible through the guest artifact
endpoints, so its cause is not claimed fixed. Existing muted
TSO/expiry/timezone failures are not claimed fixed either.
Local validation on this repaired head: 210 scoped tests, an overlapping
21-test weighted-cache/runtime pass, and build.sh --fe with Checkstyle passed.
New buildall and review runs have been requested; remote CI completion is still
pending.
