Although we are pleased to see that this repo gets attention, and that someone tries to reproduce some measurements or, perhaps, characterize something novel, we never promised to keep this up-to-date. The readme even states this explicitly: "At any point in time this code is not necessarily up-to-date with the latest releases and thus may require some tweaking to get it to compile". As to this particular problem, as I understand, someone checked in some code to characterize our new Quotient Filter, which is still under development, and is not a part of any release yet, and does not even exist in the master branch of the datasketches-java repo.
