   some additional info

   CloudStack version: CloudStack 4.23.0.0
Hypervisor type/version: KVM running in Ubuntu
Primary storage type/plugin in use : Local SSD and NVMe
   Management server log

   2026-09-24 22:42:27,096 DEBUG
[o.a.c.s.v.KvmFileBasedStorageVmSnapshotStrategy]
(qtp1869039062-321:[ctx-ab6c2597, ctx-3082cea2]) (logid:e0b5d14f) KVM file
based storage VM snapshot strategy cannot handle VM snapshot for [VM instance
{"id":95,"instanceName":"i-4-95-VM","state":"Running","type":"User","uuid":"2088df06-9a60-4641-959b-e93f6f7ff599"}]
as a snapshot with memory was requested.
   2026-09-24 22:42:27,099 DEBUG [o.a.c.s.v.DefaultVMSnapshotStrategy]
(qtp1869039062-321:[ctx-ab6c2597, ctx-3082cea2]) (logid:e0b5d14f) Default VM
snapshot cannot handle VM snapshot for [VM instance
{"id":95,"instanceName":"i-4-95-VM","state":"Running","type":"User","uuid":"2088df06-9a60-4641-959b-e93f6f7ff599"}]
as the VM has a backup offering for a provider that is not supported.

From the log, i dont understand how a backup offering affects the snapshots,
i cant see anywhere when creating a backup offering to allow/disallow snapshots?

This now makes sense why the other VMs are working as they dont have backup
offerings.
