Issue:
trying to take a snapshot of VMs, some work, some do not. The ones that do
not report
Request failed. (530)
"Failed to create Instance Snapshot: No strategy was able to handle
requested snapshot for Instance {xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx"
Triage:
i have gone though settings but everything looks as it should. There is no
pattern i can see why some would work and the others not.
Workaround:
To get the job done we can take volume snapshots which work ok on all VMs.
