   Hello. I have a Ubuntu 22.04 cloud image, user data and several hosts
connected.

   When I create a VM and assign UserData to it on host A, it creates fine and
I can log into it.

   UserData:
   <img width="856" height="810" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/30c0399e-9e42-40d2-beec-ec2aa0eceabb";
 />

   VM-1

   <img width="1057" height="863" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7920d637-f6bc-49a7-bbee-a5b88b9b66ab";
 />

   VNC:

   <img width="872" height="494" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3566e5f3-3abe-4ac3-8ebd-d6baeb753def";
 />

   But when I create a virtual machine on host B, specify the same image and
the same UserData, it does not apply it and does not even change the name of
the virtual machine inside (it remains ubuntu)

   VM-2

   <img width="991" height="795" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7a035d8c-e600-4c33-a251-e66ec34fa26a";
 />

   VNC VM-2:

   <img width="1075" height="764" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/c33fa29f-2e3a-4335-adb3-9a367d9ae61c";
 />

   **### Could you please advise what needs to be done to make UserData work on
other hosts?**
