Based on @vishesh92 's suggestion, I applied https://dl.yadav.cloud/novnc-testing-upgrade/noVNC.tar.gz (changes from PR https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/11119) in /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ and restarted the CPVM `cloud` service in a ACS 4.20.1 env. These are the results seen: 1. noVNC 1.6 based console appeared slightly faster with VNC/TLS disabled: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2da5bcfb-8aee-4937-8e47-c79104c67f28 2.
