Thanks @adietrich-ussignal for sharing. I could reproduce the issue with Ubuntu 22.04/KVM based env with ACS 4.20.1 (with VNC/TLS enabled). In an installed Windows 10 box, accessing the desktop via CloudStack's console was severely slow but with RDP it was very fast/performant: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/353103ec-6c67-4819-b08d-354d86985b69 With VNC/TLS disabled (in /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf setting `vnc_tls=0`), the experience was slightly faster but still severely slow in moving windows. While writing text was alright, didn't feel lagging too much.
