   Currently, the following api's  support Disabling the offering via state 
parameter and also in the UI

   If Cloudstack could extend the same behavior to the service offering, system 
offerings, disk offering , it would be great

   So that if a particular  service/disk offering is disabled, it won't be 
listed in the vm deployment page 
   
   
   Currently, cloudstack can only update the offering access
