Currently the spark-cassandra-docs is at
https://apache.github.io/cassandra-spark-connector/
The github repo description still points to the wrong location
http://datastax.github.io/spark-cassandra-connector/
There's no redirect in place. So all crawled weblinks are broken, and no one
can find the new site.
On the website there's a lot of text still inappropriately referring to
DataStax that needs to be maintained. (DataStax can be legitimately referred
to still in a historical sense.)
