I've checked the CI results. Everything looks is fine now, but there some
well-known issues:
- TestAvailability::test_network_topology_strategy CASSANDRA-18051
- ClearSnapshotTest is the most suspicious, on my local machine the test
passed;
- testDropListAndAddListWithSameName CASSANDRA-18360
- testMessageDeliveryOnReconnect CASSANDRA-16677
