We should also remove Java 8 from RPM and deb packages, like this

That should be bumped to 11 (and 17?)
BTW for some distributions like Amazon Linux (basically a fork of RHEL), there
is not "jre-1.8.0" nor "jre-11". There it is called "java-1.8.0" and "java-11".
We should fix this for 3.0 up however removal of 1.8 should be part of this I
guess ...
