The patch LGTM.
There are a [few dtests that
fail|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/dcapwell/cassandra/1295/workflows/0e5aba57-c9a6-4b23-81a2-a6472f7669ab/jobs/10417/tests#failed-test-4]
because of the minor change to the warning message in {{PropertiesChecker}},
but it should be pretty easy to fix that on the dtest side.
