Fixes #4. `requirements.txt` pinned `asyncpg==0.29.0` and `async-timeout==4.0.3` exactly. asyncpg 0.29.0 has no wheels past Python 3.12, so installing the watcher on 3.13 or 3.14 needs a source build (which fails on 3.14), and the package cannot be resolved beside anything requiring `asyncpg>=0.30`. - `asyncpg==0.29.0` becomes `asyncpg>=0.29.0`. - `async-timeout` is dropped. The watcher never imports it; it was there for asyncpg, which declares it itself on the Python versions that need it. Tested with `python -m unittest discover -s tests -t tests` against PostgreSQL 17: | Python | asyncpg | Result | | --- | --- | --- | | 3.9 | 0.29.0 (lowest allowed) | OK | | 3.9 | 0.32.0 | OK | | 3.12 | 0.32.0 | OK | | 3.13 | 0.32.0 | OK | | 3.14 | 0.32.0 | OK | As controls, the same suite fails with the database stopped, and the old pins fail to build `asyncpg==0.29.0` on Python 3.14. The CI matrix still stops at 3.12; I left it alone to keep this change to the pins, and am happy to add 3.13 and 3.14 if you'd like. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
