holmboe opened a new issue, #4:
URL: https://github.com/apache/casbin-python-async-postgres-watcher/issues/4

   `requirements.txt` pins `asyncpg==0.29.0` and `async-timeout==4.0.3`, and
every release up to 1.4.0 carries the same pins in its metadata. asyncpg 0.29.0
has no wheels for Python 3.13 or 3.14, so installing on those versions needs a
source build. The pins also make the package unresolvable next to anything that
needs `asyncpg>=0.30` (the current release is 0.32.0):

   ```
   Because all versions of casbin-async-postgres-watcher depend on
asyncpg==0.29.0 and you require asyncpg>=0.30, ... your requirements are
unsatisfiable.
   ```

   Suggested fix: use lower bounds (`asyncpg>=0.29`) instead. `async-timeout`
is only needed before Python 3.11, where `asyncio.timeout` became built in, so
it could be limited with a marker such as `async-timeout>=4.0.3; python_version
< "3.11"`.
