Review comment:
@aldettinger The root cause is we are missing ```RandomAccessFile```
reflection config which fails to get the file lock.
So adding
```
p.produce(new ReflectiveClassBuildItem(true, false, RandomAccessFile.class));
```
resloves the problem.
