Libraries dedicated to resisting the banning of materials should not rely on centralized services, as the governing body over the storage service could politically force the removal of materials some day.
I use Arweave to cryptographically store material. It incentivizes the permanent preservation of content to many duplicate holders across the world. It is not perfect, but is quite strong for now. https://www.arweave.org
