Wow I am so sorry I posted to this forum.  I thought this was a forum for 
engineers, but turns out everyone on it is a lawyer.

I fat fingered a 2 instead of a 1 in the subject field and ended up with a 
bunch of emails about legal agreements.

btw, if there are any engineers out there who are interested the error message 
was related to a library dependency that was set to REQUIRED when it needed to 
be WEAK.
