I am speaking as someone who rather likes cocoa-dev, even though the NDA requirement is a bit annoying at times. Membership requirements of the cocoa-dev list, hosted by Apple, include not discussing Apple NDA items here, IIRC. If that is the case, you agreed to it when you signed up. > > FYI -- An NDA or Non Disclosure Agreement (the third word being key) > requires two parties to agree to said terms. > Whether you signed an NDA with Apple or not, the list rules include not discussing NDA item here. > > Stop the fear. Methinks the rules are different for a list not hosted by Apple themselves. If there are topics of interest to you that the list rules here do not allow, you might want to find one of them. > > > > From: sc...@cocoadoc.com > > To: iseecol...@sbcglobal.net > > Date: Wed, 10 Nov 2010 04:51:35 -0500 > > CC: Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com > > Subject: Moderator - Re: iPad 4.2 (deploy to 3.2.2) error > > > > > Reminder > > > > iOS 4.2 has not been released and is still under NDA and can't be > discussed here. > > > > Thanks > > > > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > > > Cocoa-dev mailing list (Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com) > > > > Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list. > > Contact the moderators at cocoa-dev-admins(at)lists.apple.com > > > > Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: > > > http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/cocoa-dev/shashaness%40hotmail.com > > > > This email sent to shashan...@hotmail.com > > _______________________________________________ > > Cocoa-dev mailing list (Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com) > > Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list. > Contact the moderators at cocoa-dev-admins(at)lists.apple.com > > Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: > > http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/cocoa-dev/scott_ellsworth%40alumni.hmc.edu > > This email sent to scott_ellswo...@alumni.hmc.edu > _______________________________________________ Cocoa-dev mailing list (Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com) Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list.
