If you honestly think that an informal protocol and its implementation

This is a misrepresentation (yet again). To go back to the point where this all started.

There are not two different bindings technologies with confusingly similar names (Cocoa Bindings and Key-Value Binding).

There is one, it's all Cocoa Bindings.
