If I understand what you're asking, the answer is "code it yourself". There aren't any standard controls that will cycle through a set of images as you drag over them, and I'm not aware of any 3rd party implementations.
(Also, do you really need 60 different PNGs for different knob positions? AppKit can rotate images, you know.)
