I have looked through all of that and everything seems to be as it should. My installer makes sure that everything is set up properly and it works for everyone else, just not this guy. I did manually check the permissions for the entire input manager bundle and they all look good. The fact that it loads in another account but not his main account indicates that everything system-wide is fine, it's just something about his main account. The trouble now is that I have no idea what that could possibly be.
