I rebuilt mine and was really impressed with the ruggedness and simplicity of
the design. Just look for Henderson mkV parts.
The only thing to watch when rebuilding is that the small screws for the check
valves can easily be overtightened and stripped.
Much easier than replacing with something with a different form factor and a
more ‘modern’ approach to product quality.

Subject: Stus-List Henderson Bilge Pump

My ancient cockpit Henderson Manual Bilge Pump model MkV P7/L has
stopped pumping water .....most likely the diaphragm has broken but who
knows for sure. Nevertheless, I was told I could get a refit kit for
this pump however I am not interested in attempting to go through a task
of removing it and taking it apart and reassembling, even if it were
possible.

I would very much like to get an exact replacement to simply remove the
old one and replace with a new one using the exact holes in the cockpit
wall.

That said, does anyone know if this model Henderson Manual Bilge Pump
MkV P7/L is still available, and if yes, where I would obtain it? If
no, is there an exact or comparable replacement?

Any help greatly appreciated.
