The issue you may encounter is that it is just as much work to sell a $25,000 
boat as a $500,000 boat, so when brokers are busy you may not get as much help 
with the lower end of their listings as you would have a couple of years ago. 
Looking at a boat that was about $50K, the broker told me he listed it mainly 
as a favor and hardly wanted to bother with something that cheap.
