Charlie, Due to a boat falling into my standing rigging, I underwent a complete rigging inspection (mast down). I don’t know if the rigging was ever replaced or serviced before my ownership, but only a few things were needed (fittings mostly).
If I were you, I would do a thorough inspection and replace only what is needed.
