Nautilus 40 Sailed on one of those (belonged to a friend at our marina) and briefly considered buying it. Definitely not a lot in common with the C&C-built yachts we’re typically discussing, IMO.
Links below say it was designed by Henri adriaanse who at one point worked for C&C.
