FWIW, the fastest chute on my boat is a 30+ year old patched up sail, which we lovingly call “Big Blue.” At least according to the bag, it’s a Sobstad. Depending on how long the loft has been in Cleveland, it was likely made there. (My boat is the former Mal de Mer out of Mentor, OH.)

Given only what I know from your email, I would probably pick Sobstad as well.
