I could probably sell my old 1988 Mako 261 for over half the value of the Northeast. Example: I started looking at True North 38’s recently. There was a 2006 modferl in Florida with a weird add-on flybridge that languished on the market for over a year. It just got snapped up at some price probably around the $139,900 asking price.
