I've thought of it. It would at least mean reworking the lazarette and the small hatch on the port side of the cockpit. You'd need a good amount of storage for the rope - with the boom swung out all the way and with a 3:1 purchase you'd be looking at nearly 70' of main sheet? I decided if i was going to do more solo sailing I would probably just invest in a good autopilot.
