I'm using 2" blue painters tape -- it's not waterproof, but it works in areas where the water doesn't pool on top of it. Usually put down two or three layers and change it every week or so here in Miami because of UV exposure. In areas where water pools, I've taped down plastic with the 5 or 6 layers of painters tape and it "mostly" works. Jim Hesketh C&C 26 Whisper Miami, FL
