When I return to the boat after a couple weeks I can track the number of bilge pump cycles and duration. Battery status and power consumption is primary function and is pretty handy. Hope that helps. At the present time, it only controls the pump but over this winter i will add a real time clock and counter so I will know exactly when the pump last ran, for how long, and how many cycles. if you are thinking of doing such a project, you will need a few electronics and programming skills.
