My first keel boat (Southcoast 23) used Tri Butyl Tin bottom paint.  It was in Lake Texhoma when I bought it and I moved it to Lake Lewisville (Dallas' primary drinking water reservoir).  I changed over to a copper based ablative when I brought her up to Lake Michigan.

I used it and it did pretty well. Not as well as it did before they got caught using illegal toxins, but still good.

NOTHING though even comes close to mind 70s Sears bottom paint. It kept barnacles out of the entire marina, not just your boat.

No experience but when I was talking to the contractor that does my bottom paint about switching paints, he was very high on Sea Hawk paints.  Been using him since 2011 and I respect his opinion.

Am searching for a better water based ablative multi season
bottom paint.  Moor in a river with salt tidal water so there is
a constant water movement. Temperature ranges from 55 in early
spring to 70 in late August.  Have used Pettit Hydrocoat SR with
less than satisfactory results – much slime.  Came across SeaHawk
which by its claims looks promising. Anyone have experience??
